For 10 years sambo has been developing in Belgium. Gaеtan Dumortier heads the association. There are 12 clubs in the country. Sambo athletes take part in international tournaments and the world and European championships. Claude Bolle is a vice-president. He is responsible for the training of national team and participation in the competitions.
